At Selerb, we’re committed to delivering a smooth, timely, and transparent experience—just like the clean your home deserves.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Timeframe
Our standard shipping window is 3–5 business days for most U.S. destinations. Many customers receive their Selerb even sooner, depending on their location. A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships—typically within 72 hours of placing your order.

 

Returns & Refunds

We have a 100-day refund policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a refund if you are not satisfied for any reason.

Once the return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
