Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Timeframe
Our standard shipping window is 3–5 business days for most U.S. destinations. Many customers receive their Selerb even sooner, depending on their location. A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships—typically within 72 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 60-day refund policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a refund. If you are not happy with your results or product for any reason, contact us at support@selerbsupps.com within 60 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
